About the Founder
Tracey L. Hall is a native of
I served 15 years in the US Army. In January 1991 I
accepted Christ Jesus as my personal Savior while serving in the military. In this
acceptance I was a member for seven years at The Word of God Church, Apostle Robert L.
Howard in
In this ministry the Lord became Lord of Lord and King
of Kings in my life and over my soul through the anointed teachings taught by Apostle
Howard. Apostle Howard taught the Word of God in Spirit and in Truth and under the
authority of the Spirit of the Lord God. The Lord blessed me thoroughly with His precious
Word, His Spirit (the Holy Ghost), and the gifts of the Spirit.
Upon leaving The Word of God Church, God called me
into ministry and I accepted the call to evangelize in May 1998. Under the leadership then
of Apostle Anthony May, Breakthrough Deliverance Ministry in
The Lord began to use me and bless through the use of
His Spirit and Gifts. The Lord would bless wherever He sent me and would allow my
footsteps to tread. Through the tests and trials, tribulations and hard times, sacrifices,
and totally surrendering all to the Will and Way of God, God began preparations for
ministry.
After years of preparation, in April 2009 the Lord
blessed me to step out on Him to begin teaching Bible Study in my home. It was here that
He gave me the name of the ministry, as ministry began.

About The Ministry
The birth of the ministry: Personal Touch
International Ministry is a non-denominational ministry that focuses on “fulfilling
the Gospel of Jesus Christ”, by picking up the mantle through His Word and Spirit to
continue to carry His Gospel.
The name “personal touch” is my testimony
which was given out of the Heart of God to me because of His Love toward me and the
intimacy of our relationship that is continuing to grow day by day. It is personal for our
Lord and Savior to look on us and find favor toward us. It was the Word of God and His
Love toward me that lifted me from a life of sin and death to a life of sinless ness and
guilt-free. It was His “personal touch” that keeps me day-by-day and night by
night.

We believe in the Holy Bible and the ministry is based
solely on God’s Word which is sure; its principles; examples, testimonies; prayer;
trust and confidence in the faithfulness of God and His Word; discipleship; obedience to
the Word; fellowship, along with God’s Word and His Spirit is our strength as a body.
We believe in the gifts of the Spirit and the moving
of the Spirit of God while He is working.
We believe in the birth, burial, resurrection, the
ascension, and dissension of Christ Jesus.
We believe in
I hold an Associate in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor in
Science in Management. I am born again, filled with the Holy Ghost, and the Fire, along
with the Spirit of Truth. I have been taught and sat up under some of God’s greatest
in wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and revelation knowledge of His Word. In turn, the
Lord God, Himself has awarded me the keys to Kingdom with access to All Power according to
His Word and Will.
I have been anointed for such a time as this to do the
Will of God the Father. He has anointed me to speak to the souls of His People through
Wisdom to bring them back to the life of knowing Him. He has anointed me through the gifts
of the Spirit to know His Heart toward His People and to speak only that which the Spirit
gives me to speak, as I hear.
We believe in the assembling of ourselves together but
not so much in membership. We believe that All should be lead to their divine purpose on
this earth to glorify our Father.
God has anointed me to lead His People in the ways of righteousness and truth.
